Registering is easy: Please send an email, and specify which course you would like to follow. Include your name, last name and phone number. (If you don't hear from us within 2 business days, please try again or call 06 48 270 752. Your email may have been blocked by our spam blocker.) We will instruct you about making a bank transfer.  You will receive a confirmation  email when your transfer is received. 
Course size is limited, so register early! Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on course payments.Open classes require no registration.

About the Classes:


Springboard:

Interested in dynamic, balance-promoting weight-training? Then the Springboard class is for you.  Using a rollback bar and arm and leg springs you will be led through a smooth series of increasingly challenging strength and balance exercises.

Introduction to Pilates A:

A six class, basic course for anyone new to the Pilates Method. Fundamentals of breath, alignment and the essential repertoire of exercises. Choose from 2 options:
a) Mat: Tuesdays 19:30 - 20:30 for 6 weeks
(Next session starts August 31)
b) Mat: Wednesdays 19:30-20:30 for 6 weeks
(Next session starts September 1)


Introduction to Pilates B:

Building on the fundamentals with emphasis on precision, increased flexibility and greater challenge to your center.  Suitable for students with some Pilates experience. Choose from 3 options:
a) Mat: Tuesdays 19:30 - 20:30 for 6 weeks
(Next session starts October 12)
b) Mat: Wednesdays 19:30-20:30 for 6 weeks
(Next session starts October 13)

Intermediate:

Suitable for anyone who has followed between 12 and 30 Pilates classes.  This class develops the student's  readiness to move fully through an increasingly challenging series of exercises. Therabands, balls and rollers are incorporated into the practice.

Power Flow:

The name says it all: a powerful and power-building, fluid, 60-minute practice. Difficult inversions, arm strength, endurance, concentration and weaving from one exercise to the next are only some of the characteristics of this popular class.
