Class and Payment Policies:
  • We accept cash or PIN.
  • Your payment is due on the day of the lesson. Please no late payments for 10 private lesson packages.
  • All class card purchases are final and non-exchangeable.
  • All class cards have a validity of 3 months. Smartbody doesn't grant card extensions.
  • Smartbody has a 24 hour cancellation policy for private lessons. For cancellations of less than 24 hours, the client will be charged for the lesson.
  • Payment for Intro A and Intro B courses is due before the start of the course. Only the payment reserves a place in the course.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your class or private lesson. All lessons start on time. Pilates lessons last 1 hour and Alexander Technique lessons last 45 minutes unless otherwise specified.
