Private Lessons: Why study Pilates one on one? There are as many reasons as there are types of privates students. If you are rehabilitating after an injury, a personalized Pilates program, with its emphasis on postural enhancement and core stability, will promote a safe and effective recovery. If you have a demanding professional schedule and little time to exercise, private instruction provides the focus and structure to meet your physical and mental goals. Private lessons are also highly recommended for anyone wishing to optimize performance (dancers, actors, musicians, athletes), during pregnancy and postpartum, and in cases of chronic localized tension.

We believe in a learning environment which is intimate, supportive, focused and enjoyable.

All private lessons are tailored around the needs of the individual and take into consideration their age, gender, occupation, general health and fitness level. Duets, Trios, and Quartets: A lesson with partners is a cost-effective way of getting the personal attention of a private lesson for a lesser price. You benefit from both the hands on intensive feedback of private lessons as well as a group dynamic. We recommend that you find a partner whose schedule and level are very similar to yours.
